Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — we ship to all 50 US states from our facility in Anchorage, Alaska. International shipping is not currently available.
How should I store my peptides?
All lyophilized peptide powders should be stored in a freezer (-20C) when not in use. Once reconstituted, store in a refrigerator (2-8C) and use within the recommended timeframe for your research.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of research compounds, AK Labs, LLC maintains a strict no-return, no-refund, and no-exchange policy on all products. All sales are final upon shipment.
Why we cannot accept returns
Research compounds are sensitive materials that must be stored under specific conditions. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot verify that it has been stored or handled correctly. Accepting returns could compromise the integrity of our inventory and the safety of our research community. For this reason, all sales are final with no exceptions.
No refunds
AK Labs, LLC does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Customer ordered the wrong product

• Shipping delays caused by USPS or other carriers
• Products held, seized, or delayed by customs (international orders)
